These terms describe use of our voucher listings, shopping guides and related website content. Browsing and using offers does not require a TheDiscounts account or payment to us.

2. Retailer offers and purchases

We publish information about promotions supplied by retailers, affiliate programmes and other sources. Retailers control their own prices, stock, offer eligibility and voucher acceptance. Check the current terms and final price before completing a purchase.

We do not sell the retailer’s goods or handle your purchase payment. Your purchase contract is with the retailer. Contact the retailer about delivery, returns, refunds, warranties and order problems.
